  1. Use of the Website

Aspen Collective provides a platform to explore our network of vetted professionals, learn about membership, and access exclusive member content. We guarantee a service availability of 99.9% annually, measured on a monthly basis. Service usage is subject to the following limitations:

Force Majeure: While Aspen Collective targets a service availability of 99.9% over a rolling 30-day period, this is subject to events outside our reasonable control. We shall be excused from meeting service level obligations during circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, significant internet infrastructure failures, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, and other unforeseeable events that materially impact our ability to provide service. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate status to users.

Emergency Maintenance: Aspen Collective will conduct scheduled maintenance during predetermined maintenance windows, typically occurring between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM Eastern Time on the first Tuesday of each month. We will provide no less than 24 hours advance notice of scheduled maintenance through our status page, email notifications, and customer dashboard. In cases where emergency maintenance is required outside of scheduled maintenance windows, Aspen Collective reserves the right to perform such maintenance to protect the security and integrity of our services. We will provide as much advance notice as possible through our status page and email notifications. Emergency maintenance will be limited to critical security patches, urgent bug fixes, or addressing unforeseen system instabilities.

Service Availability Metrics: Aspen Collective will measure service availability on a monthly basis, calculated as the percentage of time the service is operational and accessible. Availability will be computed by dividing total uptime by total service hours, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. The target service availability is 99.9% per month, with performance reported monthly through our customer dashboard.

- Maximum of 100 API calls per hour per user account

- API response time: 95% of requests will be processed within 200ms

- Service latency: Average round-trip time for API requests will not exceed 100ms

- Error rate: Less than 0.1% of all API requests will result in server errors (5xx status codes)

Users must maintain a valid and current payment method on file, with the responsibility to update payment information promptly if the existing method becomes invalid or expires of age. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion. Commercial use of the Aspen Collective service is subject to additional terms and requires explicit written approval from Aspen Collective management. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

When applying for membership or creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your membership.

 

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are obligated to:

 

- Create a strong password that:

* Contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

* Includes at least one number and one special character

* Avoids common words, personal information, or sequential patterns

- Enable two-factor authentication for additional account protection

- Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with clear instructions for doing so

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for protecting their account security and will be held accountable for any actions taken using their account credentials.

Aspen Collective offers membership with an annual fee. Current pricing depends on area selected by Member.

Member pricing is detailed in our membership guide. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice, with changes applying only to the next billing cycle.

Acceptable payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Members are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information. Failure to do so may result in service interruption or account suspension.

Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting our support team. A cancellation notice must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. A $25 administrative cancellation fee may apply for early termination before the end of the current service term.

No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law or as expressly determined by Aspen Collective in its sole discretion.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Users may opt out of auto-renewal by submitting a cancellation request through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. No penalties will be assessed for opting out of auto-renewal.

In the event of a failed payment, Aspen Collective may, in its sole discretion, provide users a grace period to update their payment method. During any such grace period, Aspen Collective reserves the right to suspend or limit service access. If payment is not received within this grace period, service will be suspended. Users will receive email notifications 3 days and 1 day before service suspension. Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 15 days will be permanently terminated, and any outstanding balance may be referred to collections.

All billing will be conducted in United States Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes or import duties. For international transactions, currency conversion will be calculated at the current market rate on the date of billing. Aspen Collective reserves the right to adjust pricing to account for international transaction fees and currency fluctuations.

Aspen Collective will provide no less than 30 days written notice for any price changes to existing customers. Notification will be made via email to the primary account contact and through a prominent notice on the customer dashboard. Price change notifications will include the effective date of the new pricing, the specific changes, and how they will impact the customer's current service plan.

  1. No Fee to View Directory

Aspen Collective provides access to view our curated professional member directory at no cost. You agree not to misuse this directory, scrape data, or use member information for unsolicited marketing or spam. Furthermore, any form of automated access to our website, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, or crawlers, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Aspen Collective. We reserve the right to implement technical measures to detect and prevent automated access and to terminate accounts or block IP addresses engaged in such activities.
